Let me introduce myself: I’m Dr Muzzu, and for nearly 10 years I’ve been managing villas in Sardinia, especially in the north-east (Arzachena, Cannigione, Baja Sardinia, Pantogia, Cala Granu and the surrounding area). I take care of everything needed to keep your property well-maintained and earning income, without the stress for you as the owner.
I take care of welcoming guests and check-ins, cleaning and linen, routine maintenance, regular villa checks, pool and garden care, and booking coordination.
I also take care of all the legally required reporting: Ross 1000, Alloggiati Web and tourist tax, so your property is always compliant and you have no paperwork to handle.
Each month, you’ll receive a clear statement of income and expenses, so you’ll always know what’s going on.
